CHC33015 – Certificate III in Individual Support - Aged Care Course will teach you many of the important aspects of the day to day caring for elderly individuals within your community. You will learn how to work effectively with older people and meet their particular care needs, and deliver care services that support individual health and emotional well-being. CHC52015 – Diploma of Community Services - This qualification addresses work across the community sector, in organisations involved in community work, community development and community care services and volunteer programs, in a range of settings such as residential facilities, group homes, community agencies and government departments. CHC32015 – Certificate III in Community Services - Do you believe in changing lives for ever? This entry-level course teaches you how to plan and develop effective care services to meet the immediate needs of clients. As a support worker, caseworker or client contact officer at Certificate III level, you’ll provide day-to-day assistance with entitlements and benefits. Your emotional and practical support will have positive outcomes for your clients.
